For the return of C’est Moi online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty or change of mind you must meet the following return policy conditions:

    • The product/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
    • The product/s must be unused and in original saleable condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused and unmarked.
    • The Delivery Slip/Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

    Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in an independent C’est Moi stockist store. Sale products bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. No rain checks. Once opened, Makeup cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

    We reserve the right to inspect products to determine the return policy conditions are met, therefore the product/s must be unused, unmarked and unopened in original saleable condition with all packagings intact. If the goods arrive in the appropriate condition a refund of the cost of the goods will be provided. We do not refund shipping charges.
    If a replacement product, colour or alternative products are required you will need to place a new order online.
    You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a courier or Australia Post to return the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the products in transit.
    We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. A response for faulty claims MUST be received within 5 working days of the product arrival at the C’est Moi’s Head Office. If deemed faulty, a refund of the cost of the goods and postage will be provided. In addition the reasonable cost of returning the faulty product/s back to us will also be refunded.
